I'm a writer based in New York City with a background in emergency management (CERT trained), sound editing, and proptech. The work here is the next chapter.

The beat is climate change × American real estate — the financial mechanics of how insurance retreat, reinsurance repricing, and managed retreat reshape where people can live and what they can own. From there, the work earns the right to go wider: homesteading, innovative policy, philosophical work, the fundamental assumptions we're overdue to question.
